Responsible to perform three levels of quality check the dollar trends of the chains in a particular outlet.
Responsible to ensure that the deadlines for the data release is met for all the outlet services.
Responsible to take critical decisions that affect the impute percentage of the data and keep the impute percentage as minimum as possible.
Responsible to translate all the list of maintained Plu’s provided by the customer and to delete the non-maintained items that come up for processing.

Job Profile:
Sourcing Engineer
Work specializes in Content Management and Custom catalog projects.
1. The major projects worked on include:
• RoHS (Environmental Compliance project)
• Export classification control Number project (ECCN)
• CISCO Environmental Compliance project
• Data validation or Maintenance project on Parts.
• Part discontinuance or obsolescence project (Obsolete management).
2. Gathering RoHS, End of Life, Obsolete, Tin Whisker, Technical Data Sheets, Material Declaration Sheets, Compliance Certificates and Export Classification Control Number (ECCN) for the client listed part numbers.
3. Analyzing the received data from the vendors/manufacturers and performing quality analysis for the same.
4. Interacting with various vendors/manufacturers of the client to gather the required information as specified by the client.
5. Explain and make understand the purpose of the project and its importance for the client.
6. Preparing the monthly status report for the clients & vendors and maintaining the records of the data in the database.
7. Close coordination with Production team and Project Managers in executing the projects and to know the status of it.
8. Quality control on inflow and outflow data.
9. Work on Spreadsheet with/without macros to check the data provided by the manufacturer by applying logic check on it.
