Developed a new Training Model with Pre and Post Assessment followed by 2 Refresher program to assess the effectiveness of the Training Program
• Performance Management System
Identification of Primary Performance Parameters, developed Performance Review template for all levels
Conduct Quarterly, Half yearly & Annual Performance reviews, finalization and compilation of performance scores and ratings on bell curve distribution, developed and introduced Competency based Annual appraisals for Promotion process through development assessment centers.
• Competency Assessment & Fundamental Traits Tool
Identification of Competency, developed traits and Assessment matrix tool
Conduct half yearly assessment for all the employees, Competency mapping to assess gap and develop Training and role plan for the year to address the gap.
• Employee Satisfaction

Propose, participate in Compensation Survey, formulate & implementation of incentive, salary Revision, market corrections and other remuneration policies

Prepare monthly reports like, Headcount for Invoicing, analysis with charts on the existing and resigned employees (to assess trends and forecast attrition risk)
Any other analyzed reports report requested by management
• Job Evaluation
Defining and designing job description, recruitment criteria, promotion criteria, Competency required for the role, job evaluation as well as finalization of goals and KRAs for support function (one complete packet with all details for each department)
• Recruitment activities
During peak getting ad hoc requisition, sourcing the profile and coordinating with the candidates and offering. Participating in the Job Fairs for HR interviewing and making final offer in large numbers
• Exit Formalities
Conduct Exit Interview, update all the departments, generate report on Exit Interview feedback and share the Analysis to the Process Heads and management for any Action plan.
• Other day to day activities
Conducting Induction & Joining formalities for Mid and Senior Level.
Maintain updated personal dossiers (files), Confirmation details, letters issued for all the employees and also coordinate for ESI and Medi-claim forms, cards and re-imbursements
Import and Maintain employee database in the HRIS and Attendance Software System like Leave details, early/late log in and logout details, extended work hours, On-duty etc.
HRIS software - worked on the Admin rights, provided employee support, reports generation and analysis for Management as and when required.
SPOC for Payroll coordination, like addition, deletions, LOP; LOP reversals, Stop pays for the month, Taxation, PF and Accounting deliverables.
