Duties:
1. Estimate & Achieve The Annual Sales Budgets Of The Showroom In Coordination With The Other Showroom-In-Charges, For All The Brands And Product Categories Being Handled By The Division.
2. Closely Monitor The Performance Of The Showroom Sales Staff To Ensure Achievement Of The Budgeted Monthly & Yearly Sales.
3. Providing Reports On Sales Achieved By The Showroom Sales Staff And Forecasts / Plans For The Subsequent Month.
4. Coordinate With The Marketing Manager On In-Shop Merchandising Activities / Product Displays And Below-The-Line Promotional Activities In The Showrooms.
5. Planning And Executing New Product Launches Within The Showrooms.
6. To Arrange For Specific Product Displays For Seasonal Products Inside The Showrooms, For Aggressive Promotion Of These Products During The Season.
