Post Recruitment

o Organize and ensure the Induction Process within the Organization for all new joinees.
o Plan & Prepare the Induction Schedule for New Joinees.
o Joining Formalities(Collate the induction kit prior to joining and coordinate with the concerned departments (HOD/Admin/IT/F&A)
o Making all kind of arrangements (e.g. ticket, guest house & transportation) for newly recruited staffs for various Project Sites and Corporate & Regional Offices.
o Ensure issuance of posting orders as required, and communicate terms applicable as per HR Manual / Guidelines.
o Preparing the KRA for new employees with the help of SBU Heads.
o Handling hiring, promotions, transfers, confirmation and annual revisions in SAP.



Manpower Planning

o To forecast the manpower need for next 6 months for every Project Site in consultation with the concerned SBU Head.
o Continuous follow up with the Site In charge, Project Manger, Construction Manager to send across the Confirmation Format duly filled in by the staff member & immediate superior to process the Confirmation once the probationary period for the respective staff member is over. Follow up with HQ to get the Confirmation Letters for staff members on time.
o Issuance of the Confirmation Letter
o Preparing Transfer Orders as and when required on the basis of vacancies.
o Maintaining and preparing organizational chart with vacancies for all sites and HO.
o Providing right manpower to the required place at the right time.
o Preparing monthly and Weekly MIS.



Leave Management

o Maintaining leave register in SAP/ERP system.
o Collecting the attendance from various sites of every month.
o Checking & monitoring the late comings on a monthly basis & issue of warnings
o Electronic attendance monitoring & processing.







Performance Management System

o Taking Mid-term and Annual Review and Appraisal of each employee.
o Propose the Increments on the basis of parameter approved by management.
o Creating incentive structure from time to time
o Implementation of PLR (Performance Linked Rewards).
o Identification and retention of the fast trackers.
o Identification of Poor performer and arrange the brain storming program.


Exit Management

o Initiate Exit Formalities.
o To Prepare Attrition Analysis Report and calculate the attrition rate.
o Give fare and honest feedback to Management for the reason of leaving.
o Proper Counseling of Employees (If needed) and Conduct Exit Interviews.
o To check the necessary clearance for full and final settlement.
o Preparation of release letter & experience, service certificates.
o Issuing warning letters in case of employment discretion (Document forgery, absconding, and misbehavior).
o Introduced the system of attrition tracking and suggested measures to control attrition.
o Preparing feedback report received from resigned employees and submits it to the HOD.
o Preparing monthly Exit analysis report & preparing the power point presentation for the higher management.


HRIS & MIS preparation

o Preparation of HR MIS for top management
o Organization chart preparation


Mediclaim Insurance

o SPOC for the mediclaim Insurance for PAN India Employee.
o Handling all the queries in the regard of medi claim / handling the settlement of medi claim for all the employees.
