Working as a Dispute Analyst for UK Utility Process-British Gas.
We are responsible for Auditing the Customer Utility Account in Various Applications and analyze the data
We reconciliation the Customer Account between suppliers and Customer as per Company norms
Working on diverse exceptions thrown by SAP (ISU) by looking in them manually in order to find the problem and rectification to it as per the industry norms.
To be in consistent touch with the client side executive through mail for the rectification of complex, exception, which requires bilateral problem solving procedures.
At times, to be in touch with the client side third party representative in order to attain the latest update on customer account, reading and billing in order to extent definite closure of customer account.
