o Troubleshooting user problems relating to Operating System issues (Win9x, Win 2000, Win XP, Win server 2003), Network Connectivity, TCP/IP configuration, upgrades, MS Office products and Internet connectivity.
o Installed logical printers on a print server and preparing print server to host clients. Troubleshooting hardware peripherals like printers, modem, cpu etc.
o Systems related controls, permission, restriction (Windows xp, vista, windows server 2003).
o User rights and permission, disabling and enabling accounts, file and folder permissions and configuring security templates as per need.

o First amongst in all Asia offline offices of Hapag Lloyd who successfully implemented and accessed an Internet based IBM HOST ON DEMAND from October 1999. Hapag Lloyd introduced this to access specific system application like FIS (Freight Information System).

o First amongst all German Express offices who migrated from Novel Netware to Windows NT platform with networking architecture in the year 2000.
o Successfully handled in migration of Windows 2000 platform in the year 2003.
o In 2003, Management bestowed additional responsibility of HR, Admin and Personnel dept.
o In the year 2008, Windows 2003 Server replaced Windows 2000 Server Edition. The whole migration was done single handedly.
o During 2003 to 2009 successfully handled certification and re-certification of ISO 9001:2000 done by M/s. DNV. Well conversant with ISO accreditations.
