Skills / Responsibilities
• Handle all training session related to Superbkids/Superbteens
• Documentation of all trainings and previews. Constant feedback monitoring of participants
• Assist the R & D team in content creation
• Manage a pool of trainer and to get reports from them regarding students
• Be point of contact with the school to understand training needs and requirements
• Anchor Trainer for Superbkids and Superbteens program
• New content development of training
• Training trainers and certification of trainers
• Handle Corporate Training programs
• All other trainings such as Miracle Maker, Parents Training etc
• Managing the Quality of delivery program across all training program
• Overall coordination of several team heads
• Understanding & produce the training needs to the design team for new variations of training.
• Design the future growth plan of individual trainers
• Design mechanism to receive, evaluate and manage feedback
• Design and Administer systems to ensure highest level of quality of training
• Constant internal communication and boosting employee morale
