1: Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: Banking/Financial
Job Description
Should be flexible for both inbound /outbound calls in order to assist customers for UK/US/Australian Customers
Mortgage Process deals mainly with personal loans, validate the Loan documentation and review income, assets and collateral documentation
Collect borrower information, Price out and select best product for Clients' situation and recommend appropriate product or program.
Manages leads, by calling and qualifying the leads
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be a graduate.
BE/BTechs less than 60% or if they have more than 60% 1 year of International Call Centre experience is mandatory
12th Passed Under Graduates also can apply (Minimum 6 month with International Call Center
Freshers or Experienced with 0-48 months in ICC Voice Support
Excellent communication skills
Should be comfortable with working under shifts
Salary 1.6 L to 3.1L + Incentives
Shifts US/UK/Australian Shifts

2: Position: Technical Support Executive and Semi Tech
Job Description
Provide first-level technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
Guide customer-troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
Responsible for providing technical support and building on customer relations through Troubleshooting
Handling technical queries & objections will be a major part of job profile.
Trouble shooting with Internet Support, Microsoft, Antivirus, Laptops and Desktop related issues
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduates/Under Graduates Min 6 months to 48 Months of International Call Centre Experience.
Excellent Communication Skills
Basic Technical Knowledge
Experience in technical process would be an added advantage.
Hardware & Networking Knowledge would be an added advantage
Bachelor Degree, PUC (with one year of International call center experience);
Diploma Courses (post 10+2 with 1 year international call center experience);
Engineering Degree or Post Graduate Degree (with at least 1 year experience in customer care / semi-tech international call center process)
Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, hardware and Internet.
2. Basic PC Hardware / A+ Certification / MCDST Certification 90 days will be added advantage
Salary 1.6 L + Incentives
