Skill set for .NET : Knowledge on any of the following skills:
XML, Web services, Crystal Reports, Payment gateways, Share point, WCF, WPF, Silver light would be an added advantage.
Also, we have requirement for Team Leads in the following skill sets:
1. .NET (4-5+yrs.)
2. Objective C / iPhone (2+yrs.)
3. Flash (Min.2+yrs.)
4. Flex ( Min.2+yrs)
