Roles & Responsibilities:
§ Providing Research support and the information that is required for Business Analysis, Strategic Planning and decision making by the MD
§ Working on Presentations and proposals required by the MD for Business Opportunities.
§ Calendar Management
§ Co-coordinating with Top & senior management officials for strategic planning and working with them on various exchange proposals.
§ Providing support to the team working on various assignments.
§ Coordination with the top management, Inter/Intra dept. heads for various report generation. Should have analytical and presentation skills.
§ Record, transcribe and distribute Minutes of Meeting and actions item for weekly team meeting.
§ Search web sources for relevant and preferred information for the Director.
§ Follow up with the employees and ensure that the mandatory reports are reached to the Director on daily basis.
