Job Description: Job Description: • The incumbent will be responsible for: • Ownership of assigned Key Accounts (KA) • Single Point of co-ordination for Reliance product & services. Acquisition, Revenue Maximization, Maximize Realization, Retention and Revenue collection in KAs • Ensuring Customer satisfaction. Product penetration in Key Accounts assigned. • Updating Key Account Head (or Enterprise Business Head) on Competitor moves and Strategies in KAs. Working with Pre-Sales to develop Customized Solutions for KAs • Working with ICO (Technical team) in Service Delivery, Service Assurance& Revenue generation for KAs. Candidate Profile: • Graduate with MBA in Marketing/BE/B Tech • 7-12 Years in Sales in Telecom, ISP, Broadband, Office Automation, IT • Experience in handling large accounts • Knowledge of IT and Telecom • Technology savvy and updated with latest trends in Broadband and Telecom. Location: Mumbai
