Job Responsibilities:
• Frame marketing strategies
• Formulate and implement programs to maximize business growth & profitability
• Conduct market analysis and market research
• Draw up business & marketing plans for these new ventures and present to senior management. Post approval, transform and setup the idea in to reality.
• Formation & Evaluation of Project Proposals, Business Leads.
• Data collection & assessment of emerging developments and new projects.
• To foresee emerging market demands of products and goods & Generating leads
• Assist in Concept development
• Preparing project proposals
• Submitting the estimated cost to the clients
• Target Oriented approach
• Good knowledge of Retail Environments & Interior spaces
Qualification & Key Skills:
• Should be an Architect with 10 yrs of exp preferably Architecture / Interior design Firm
• Graduate with MBA ,candidates with architectural knowledge will be preferred
• Min 8 yrs of hands-on exp. in handling Corporate Clients.
• Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge / Vetting of Agreements will be an added advantage.
• Computer Savvy
• Quick learner, Ambitious, Result Oriented
