Skill & Responsibilities:
1. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience developing object oriented software systems.
2. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in developing database driven web application (Microsoft SQL Server), MS .NET Framework using ASP.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript, AJAX.
3. Must have experience in SQL Server Reporting Services or Crystal Reports.
4. Must have good communication & leadership skills.
5. Experience designing and implementing large-scale, N-tiered application architectures, both GUI side and Server side.
6. Expert in HTML. Strong experience in SQL stored procedures, TSQL and Schema design with hands on experience optimizing web page performance and working with heavy data volume.
7. Strong experience in developing Client-Side JavaScript Integration.
8. Superior understanding of .NET technologies, ASP.NET/VB.NET, ADO.NET, Web Services, Windows Services, XML, SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, and Visual Studio 2003/2005/2008
9. Ability to resolve cross browser/platform compatibility issues.
10. Experience with good security practices in application development
11. Experience with VB6 or Crystal Reports XI a plus.
