1. Excellent Communication Skills is a MUST.
2. Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
3. Should not be in love with his/her desk as this job will involve meeting people for networking, business development.
4. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
5. Should not use RECESSION or BAD MARKETS as an excuse for non-performance.
6. Complete knowledge of HR functions preferred, but an inclination and willingness to learn on the job is a MUST.
7. Should be able to set and achieve targets for himself/herself and motivate the team to do the same.
8. Lots of energy and desire to make a difference.
9. Common Sense (how much ever is never too much)
Job will involve :
Business Development & Recruitment Operation in equal measures with certain targets which will be set mutually.
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 0-2 yrs in Recruitment. Which means smart and creative freshers are welcome but will not last long if they fail to perform.
Qualification : Any graduate. We are not looking for certificates for our office walls, but for People who dream and believe in executing what they envision.
