About Client:
Our Client is a 100% export oriented textiles and home furnishing company. We are based at Chennai. We cater to clients in US & Europe market. Our products are table linen, bed linen, floor covering, cushion covers, chair pads etc.
Designation: Sr EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO
Qualification: B.TEC (Textile) + MBA (Operation)
Experience: 2-7 Yrs
Compensation: 6 Lakhs (Negotiable for right candidates)
Job Location: Chennai
Job Description:
Should be responsible for entire operations in the company.
Should be responsible of running the plant/ factory including supervision of all plant functions.
Should provide leadership to various functional teams in the plant/factory including the supervision of Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials, Procurement, Plant maintenance, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment, Human Resources, Information Systems, etc.
Should be responsible for day to day running of a dyes and textile chemicals manufacturing and processing facility.
Should be responsible to provide technical support to product manager and customers.
Should be responsible for overall head in charge of research and development, quality control and quality assurance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication skills with both verbal and written.
Should have Good knowledge of operations, production process, plant maintenance, utilities, etc.
Should be a team player with good understanding of time management and interpersonal skills.
The candidate will also require some administrative experience.
Should be Capable of leading team including managers, Engineers and staff employees.
Should be Pleasing personality, smart & broad minded.
Ability to take initiatives and problem solving skills.
Should have Computer literacy and IT skills.
Candidates from Textile industry would be added advantage.
