Job Description: • Pleasing Personality & good communication skills. • Must be a Self Starter, highly organized, and able to work well with Customers • Handling incoming & outgoing call • Maintenance of reception area • Keeping track of people going out and coming in the office • Effective coordination with Departments • Maintaining record of incoming and outgoing mail/couriers • Maintaining Courier Register (outgoing) • Dispatch register of postage and courier (incoming) • To check courier bills every month • Coordination with HR w.r.t. candidates and new joinees
