Job Title: SALES COORDINATOR
Job Description:  Responsible for supporting RM, in all documentation work like writing letters to dealers, field staff etc. generating periodical reports pertaining sales achieved, collections done, sales forecast, budgeting etc.  To coordinate with all field staff of the concerned cluster to collect information regarding various activities like demos conducted, orders booked, collection of payments, details regarding customer complaints, action taken to attend to customer complaints.  To follow up with Ware-House for on time delivery of consignments. To follow-up with Marketing department for sales promotion activities of the cluster. To follow-up with Servicing department for organizing collective demos, annual service camps attending to customer complaints etc.  Coordinating for training follow-up for resolving customer complaints.  To prepare Courier related documentation required for sending various documents and document filing work. .  To identify the Key Result Areas in which the coordinator wishes to work and achieve the results within target period mutually agreed upon.  Any other work assigned by the Management from time to time.
