Telecalling based on the data available and provided. 2. Handling inbound as well as outbound calls. 3. Would be responsible for IT service sales as per the monthly target assigned. 4. Convincing the customer for purchase of services 5. Sending Quotations to the client based on the slab rates provided. 6. Follow up with the client for finalising the order. 7. Negotiating the final prices in consultation with the TL. 8. Finally getting the order processed as per the defined company procedure after getting email confirmation from client.
