Is my name & contact details safe on InPull?
Personal details like email, phone number, address of candidates are never shared with companies or any party. We encourage our candidates to be brief in their resumes - highlighting only the work area and not anything which can give away the candidate's identity. The only point of contact we [or the companies] have with you is through the website - so InPull provides you a completely safe and private way to build contacts in different companies.

How do I post?
Only employers are allowed to post their requirements. As a professional, you can only reply to them try to earn alliances with as many companies as you can.

How do I start building Alliances with companies?
Start building alliances by reviewing the 'Industry Wall' section of the website which lists all kinds of requirements posted by companies. Reply to their service/advice requirements, apply to jobs posted by them [even if you are just looking to build alliances] and try to earn their alliance.

What do I do with the Alliances I built?
Once an alliance is built between you and a company, it becomes part of your 'My Alliances' page. Now you can contact this company anytime you wish them to consider you for a job or for another requirement.

For Companies

Is there a fee for this service?
In its introductory phase, InPull.com is currently completely free. We reserve the right to introduce a low monthly subscription fee at a later date.

How do I start building alliances?
The easiest way is to start reviewing the Industry Wall. When you make a posting, a list of candidates would be displayed to you. You can send them a message in order to arrange for an interview with them or choose to build an alliance with candidates who are not currently seeking a change. Once an alliance is established, the candidate will now be able to contact you directly (and vice versa) for any new opportunities.

How do I contact the candidates?
Please note that the only point of contact with the candidates is through the website and you will not be provided any contact details like their phone number or email address.

What do I do with the Alliances I built?
Your 'My Alliances' page is like a resume database of candidates who you can contact at any time to let them know about your new open jobs. The idea is to build a database of high quality candidates [even if passive] and keep them notified of new opportunities.
